What we collect

Only what you enter in the request form: name, role, email, phone, company, sector, the description of what you need and any attachments. The server also records the IP address the request comes from, to protect the form from abuse. The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your request and, if you ask for one, to prepare a walkthrough or a quote. The processing rests on the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take and on the consent given in the form (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Where it is kept, and for how long

Requests are stored on a server inside the European Union and forwarded to the studio mailbox through an email delivery provider. We keep them for as long as it takes to handle the request and, if no working relationship follows, for 24 months at most.

Your rights

At any time you may ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or receive a copy, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@nixsastudio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country.
